When Can I Exchange a Product?
You may request an exchange if:
The request is made within 30 days from the delivery date
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for exchange.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:
Personalized or custom-made products
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Products damaged due to improper use
How to Request an Exchange
Contact our Customer Support through the Help Center
Provide your order number and the product you want to exchange
Choose the replacement product (subject to stock availability)
Follow the return instructions sent by our team
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the exchange will be processed.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If the exchange is due to a defective product or shipping error, we cover the return shipping
For exchanges requested for other reasons (size, color, preference), shipping costs may apply
Exchange Processing Time
After the returned product arrives at our warehouse, the exchange is usually processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on product availability.
